Residents of states where online lottery participation is prohibited by local legislation, including Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, must not use this site. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of TC Lottery complies with the laws of your jurisdiction before proceeding.
Permitted use
You may use this site solely for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to use automated tools, bots, scrapers, or scripts to access or interact with the site; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its servers; engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or collusive conduct in connection with any lottery participation; upload or transmit viruses or malicious code; or reproduce and commercially exploit any part of the site without prior written consent from TC Lottery. Any winnings obtained through fraudulent conduct will be forfeited and relevant authorities may be notified.
Account responsibility
If you register an account on TC Lottery, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted under your account. Payment transactions processed through UPI-enabled apps such as PhonePe, Google Pay (GPay), or BHIM are linked to your registered account; you must ensure that only you initiate such transactions. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account. TC Lottery will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials. TC Lottery reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of these terms without prior notice.
Intellectual property
Ownership
All content published on tclotteryapp.in.net: including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, draw results, prize schedules, and software, is the exclusive property of TC Lottery or its licensors and is protected under applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws, including the Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999. The compilation and arrangement of all site content also constitutes a copyrightable work owned solely by TC Lottery.
Limited licence to users
TC Lottery grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include the right to download or cache content beyond ordinary browser caching, modify or create derivative works based on any site material, publicly display or redistribute content, or remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices. Any use of site content beyond this limited licence requires the prior written authorisation of TC Lottery.
Trade marks
The name "TC Lottery", its logo, and all related marks, slogans, and trade dress are trade marks of TC Lottery. Nothing on this site shall be construed as granting, by implication or otherwise, any licence or right to use any trade mark without TC Lottery's prior written permission. If you submit feedback or suggestions to TC Lottery, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use that content for any lawful purpose, and you confirm that such submission does not infringe any third-party rights.
Limitation of liability
Disclaimer of warranties
TC Lottery provides this site and all related services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Draw results, prize amounts, and ticket availability displayed on the site are subject to change and final verification. TC Lottery expressly disclaims any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement to the fullest extent permitted under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and other applicable Indian law.
Cap on liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TC Lottery, its directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the site, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, failed transactions via PhonePe, GPay, BHIM, or any other payment method, or unauthorised access to your account. In no event shall TC Lottery's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms exceed the amount you paid to TC Lottery in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
